Before — Existing exterior condition
The property had not been painted for some time. Although still in reasonable condition for its age, the exterior coatings and decorative details were showing significant deterioration and were in need of thorough preparation and repainting.
Preparation & Repair
Extensive preparation was carried out before repainting. Deteriorated areas of the rendered decorative panels were repaired and prepared, while the timber detailing and other exterior surfaces were thoroughly prepared for their new finish.
