A complete interior painting and decorating project in Bangor, North Down. The existing timber panelling, walls and ceiling were all prepared and painted throughout. Walls were finished in Farrow & Ball Pink Ground, the panelling in Farrow & Ball Eating Room Red using Crown Fast Flow Satin, and the ceiling in Crown Mid Sheen Emulsion.

Preparation — The Foundation of a Quality Finish
Good decoration begins with good preparation. The timber panelling and surrounding surfaces were carefully prepared, with filling, sanding, priming, masking and protection carried out before the finishing coats were applied.
Completed — A Richer, More Characterful Finish
The finished cloakroom, with the timber panelling transformed in Farrow & Ball Eating Room Red and the walls brought together in the softer tones of Pink Ground. The result is a more distinctive and considered space, with the original panelling retained as a feature.
